What do you think about moral?

As a discipline, moral is a systematically set of knowing about our daily activities as a human whose have any preferences and values, and how to make it to be achieved in our habits/behavior.

Moral is similar with Ethic. “Moral” is from Latin: moralis (mos-mores) that means custom. “Ethic” is from Greeks: ethos that means the essence.

To be moral educated person is not just how much do you know about the subjects, but it is also means how far do you have made the subjects to be your habits/behavior aware. So it always relates to how big is your responsibility.

How deep is your responsibility to your self, to the others human, to all of mankind, to the nature, and finally to God as a believer. Do you already aware about the moral problems around you? Have you taken your standpoint in it? Let’s make goals for our involvement and responsibility in our daily moral living.

As an example: What do you think about the Indonesian election process? More citizens did not get their right to chose. More citizens have been abandoned, in economic life. Well-fare State is just a whish during the champagne period. The same has done to the education. Big cost for self entertains but no thing cost for the poor living. Some scientist and researcher forgot their responsibility by to disserve their self-affiliations. Election process is just not the responsibility of the politicians, but it is ours as citizens.
